We specialise in the craft of bespoke sofas and chairs, a wide selection can be viewed in our new Factory Showroom, situated in Unit 12L, Springbank Mills, Farsley. Also, a wide sample of our past work can be seen by clicking on the Gallery section of this website. Our client base includes, major corporate customers, such as Marston’s Pubs, Starbucks, KFC, Leeds University & Capri Restaurants to 1000’s individual requests from local residents that require who require their sofa re-upholstered or built. Every customer is treated the same, and our skilled team is adept at guiding you and helping you create a wonderful unique piece of furniture. If you have trouble imagining your perfect sofa or chair, then a quick visit to our new Factory Showroom will be invaluable. We will show you our vast range of pre-made upholstery and unlimited range of fabrics that will inspire you. All bespoke products come with a minimum 2-year guarantee and can be up to a life-time depending on the product. MEET THE TEAM:
Unit 54 Upholstery is a family owned business run by Jim, Ryan, Glen and Sharon.
Jim founded the company in 1983.
The reason why the company is called 54 Upholstery is that Jim started in Unit 54, Sunnybank Mills, before moving to The
Gables, Rodley and now to his new premises in Springfield Mills, Farsley.
Jim has undertaken thousands of Upholstery jobs over the years, clients include pubs in Spain, and perhaps most strange of
all, the re-upholstering of The Waltzers for a local fairground. The company has a superb reputation which is a testament
to the dedication that Jim has shown over the last 38 years. Ryan, his son, has been taught well!
